I had a couple of allplants meals left that I couldn't face so one of those, a "green goodness bowl". Better than I was expecting. Cup of redbush tea.

Tonight we had filled pasta, garlic bread and salad. Its my son's birthday tomorrow so a very spicy takeaway of some kind (with added hot sauce at ho!e probably, because Copenhagen).

I changed my mind in the end after a rummage through the fridge - discovered a number of bits and pieces of veg that needed to be used so defrosted a chicken breast and did a chicken/mushroom/various other veg chow mein type stir fry.

A vast takeaway curry which I will be digesting for the next two days. Very nice.

We ended up having to run out for a portion of vegetable karahi cos the hoose curry just wasn't big enough!

Himself is away all weekend, and I've got to see a man about a dog after work, soooo - might treat meself to a shop-bought lasagne, with some very garlicky bread and salad.
