What's for tea tonight? (#8)

I made a phenomenal veggie tagine last night, with zingy lemon and coriander couscous. Soo good. Too hot for leftovers though, so tonight Matthew, we're gonna be eating penne in tomato and basil sauce, with black olives, extra mature cheddar on top, flat garlic bread and mixed leaves salad.

Probably just gonna have whole nut choccy for afters. Too hot for the blackberry and apple crumble I made too!
 
Not sure what time OH is due home tonight, but dinner is going to be a pretty quick one to cook. I've got some mushroom tortellini in the fridge and will make a light sauce for it with olive oil, chilli flakes (just a little bit for slight warmth rather than full on heat), garlic, fresh chopped tomatoes, cream and basil.
