I'm getting into omelettes big time lately. Was having a few issues with them sticking to the pan but switched to using the wok and now all good.

Tonight I went for fried new potatoes with onions, melted cheese and diced tomatoes in the omelette.

Moroccanish cottage pie

Do they eat cottage pie in Morocco?

I was going to make something worthy with runner beans and courgettes but it ended up being a veggie pub roast.

Dunno, husband is cooking tonight. Last night I made penne with roast veg and a tomato sauce made from our garden crop.

I made a phenomenal veggie tagine last night, with zingy lemon and coriander couscous. Soo good. Too hot for leftovers though, so tonight Matthew, we're gonna be eating penne in tomato and basil sauce, with black olives, extra mature cheddar on top, flat garlic bread and mixed leaves salad.

Probably just gonna have whole nut choccy for afters. Too hot for the blackberry and apple crumble I made too!

Actually after reading the ingredients properly you are correct sojourner - pea protein as well!

I dont know. I have a ridiculous amount of food in the house because I over shopped for camping, but came home early due to the weather.

Currently experimenting with the moving mountain sausages by braising them post sauté in miso, red wine, garlic and red onion. I guess that with mash and peas again.....

Packet of instant noodles pimped up with peas and fish and mushrooms and cabbage and coriander all out of the freezer and a dollop of some very hot lime pickle.
Raspberries and cream for pudding.
Pudding! On a Monday! Whatever next?

Not sure what time OH is due home tonight, but dinner is going to be a pretty quick one to cook. I've got some mushroom tortellini in the fridge and will make a light sauce for it with olive oil, chilli flakes (just a little bit for slight warmth rather than full on heat), garlic, fresh chopped tomatoes, cream and basil.

Me and some friends did the eat out thing tonight. Steak at one place then we went somewhere else for pudding. I had a ridiculously sweet waffle thing and feel disgusting and bloated and I have to go to bed but don’t want to lay down.

I made these and they were way too soggy. I kept having to add more flour. I can't really recommend them.

If I was doing them again I think I'd just make courgette pakoras basically with gram flour.
