Made up some chunky steak, pork and chickpea chilli for my old man's missus to take home after her their impending visit. So a bit of that with a naan bread.
I defrosted 32 sausages by mistake so this week has literally been a sausagefest.
Sausage and pasta bake.. for 2 days. And hot dogs with Clonakilty sausages today.
Toad in the hole tomorrow.
After that I never want to see a sausage again.

I got up at midday after sleeping for 13 hours. I was really tired after packing up camp and a 4 hour drive. I particularly attribute the long lovely sleep and very slow day to the cbd chocolate i ate when I got home.
I had Brinner at 1800 (Breakfast, lunch dinner) (Breakfast, dinner ,tea for the Northeners)
I had fried oyster mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, red onion with some tamari and Richmond veggie sausages, two fried eggs and two pieces of wholemeal toast and cup of tea.
I love sleeping for 12-14 hours kalidarkone - usually manage that every couple of weeks or so. Not sure what I'll have for tea - just had dinner so not hungry, so maybe something like some nuts.
eta - decided to have a pack of salted pistachios. Only 1.5g salt in the 100g bag so it's a pretty healthy tea.
Not going abroad this Summer, so making a paella with the rice I brought back from Calasparra, and the paprika a friend brought back from Hungary. Plus sweet mini peppers, courgettes, olives etc.
