As far as I understand Pfizer/Biontech are technically part of Operation Warp Speed, and have never claimed that they weren't. However, they declined to take r and d money as part of that. So, that means Operation Warp Speed didn't do anything to accelerate the development of the vaccine.i am not watching but I gather from this that he trying to take credit:
