I don't see Trump disappearing , I think he will run in 2024, the Republicans won't touch him, he'll run as an independent and will dilute the vote of the Republican candidate , ushering in Kamala Harris as president.

It does seem that the timing of the calls coincided with a big report of votes from both Allegheny & Armstrong counties (Pittsburgh and suburban Pittsburgh) that pushed Biden over the 0.5% recount threshold. So it would seem that that is what most of the networks were waiting for.

Lots of chat about Philadelphia but it's worth noting that Biden hasn't yet hit Clinton's margin in the city and Trump won more votes than he did four years ago. On the other hand, Biden outperformed HRC by 50% in the Philly suburbs and that's where the state was won by and large

Political analyst on ABC just said he spoke to his son from overseas last night and he said "I was listening to Biden last night and I remembered what a President could sound like".

I'm under no illusions that there'll be radical change or problems will disappear but whatever else he is Biden seems like a decent man.
