I don't eat potatoes that often (the occasional roastie) but now I want some spuds this weekend.

I actually find it difficult to deal with a bag of spuds in a damp/humid flat and trying to get through them when it's just 2 of us and I am trying to cook for different shifts (pasta or rice is a multitude of times easier than any sort of spuds).

Saw this and felt confused for a moment, thought "it's Wetherspoons - because plates - but the food actually looks great?!" . Anyway, Dishoom breakfasts are fantastic, although imho their best one is the porridge with Medjool dates and banana
