There have been caveats thrown in here and there, but the message was clear (hence his mates calling the 21st "Freedom Day", and businesses getting ready for those dates). He told everyone in the country that lockdown restrictions would cease for four days over Christmas 2020.

I have criticised him where it is rightfully due, but most of the remarks on here are by people who don’t like Boris Johnson as a person for whatever reason rather than actually genuine reasons.
