Nigel Farage

Pah i've boycotted since it ever started :D
Me too I've never fully watched it, Mrs Q loves it so I have caught bits of it from time to time, I shall have to ask her what she thinks of the Frog Lord. It may seem a bit odd to say but I don't think the Frog Lord is a particularly interesting or charismatic individual. His views appeal to a lot of people but he himself not so much.
That other celebrity frog on the other hand comes across as an intelligent, fascinating and deeply caring individual who would send viewing figures soaring. I am of course talking about the incomparable Kermit.

Advertiser boycotts can work on stuff like this. Who’s paying for this shite?

Stewart Lee did an impressively detailed polemic about Farage’s unsuitability for mainstream light entertainment which could have been a useful call to action for lobbying against advertisers, but instead he chose to direct it all at Ant and Dec, who only have to worry about keeping ITV management on side.

Can I play devil's advocate here? I had never watched I'm a celeb until last year. And I only watched it to see Matt Hancock being tortured. But there were also a few quite intelligent people in there to take him to task and actually boycott even sitting anywhere near him (Boy George). It was enjoyable watching him squirm as he was questioned, with nowhere to go, no SPAD to turn to.

From what I can tell the calibre of Farage's fellow contestants this year are not quite in the same league as last time so we won't get to see the same thing. He is the most disgusting human being possible (besides Suella, who I assume will wash up there at some point). But he's not being given a hard time by anyone with half a brain cell. I don't know if they've chosen people even more thick than usual by accident or design, but he's in his fucking element. They removed Grace Dent for mental health reasons yesterday. I'm sure everyone else in there is quite envious of her.

Grace will have been told like the rest that if they stay at least 72 hours they get their full fee. They're not held hostage, except to their own narcissism and greed.

Frau Bahn watches so I pretty much see what’s happening and what’s not happening is Falange isn’t being chosen for all the tasks, much to his dismay, he’s so desperate to be the star of the show he volunteers to help others with the horrible tasks. Not being talked about is too much for the frog-faced spunk-rag.

It's bizarre on the social medias - all these brexiters voting for Farage to piss off the lefties :D I don't know anyone who cares about the celeb jungle show - I guess Farage winning that will be a comfort blanket for them when the Tories lose catastrophically at the GE and Reform fail to win a seat, at least Farage won I'm a celeb.

Manky old bellend’s now claiming ITV were harder on him and didn’t give him enough airtime.

Banks, I’m a Celeb, all out to get the precious snowflake that is falange, diddums.

“What I will say to Kevin Lygo, the boss of ITV, it’s up to you mate. If you want to go to war with me, you really can. The last person to do that was Dame Alison Rose, from NatWest bank and look what happened to her.”

Mr Lygo is alleged to have made offensive jokes about Mr Farage at an event in November 2023, when he made reference to a sign language interpreter on stage and said: “I don’t know any sign language, I just know the sign for Nigel Farage.”

Mr Farage, 59, said: “I would suggest, Mr Lygo, that I am prepared to ignore your rude, one-handed gestures, the rude pathetic attempts from your staff to stitch me up.

Wanker! :D

Fuck Ant n Dec and their feelings. Tory party donating wankers.

I have no time for PJ or for Duncan or for the light entertainment shows on which they appear, but strongly suspect that this is unfounded. They claimed in 2015 to be natural Labour supporters who were unconvinced by Ed Miliband. It’s very unlikely that they would be handing over cash to the Tory party.

It's not letting me add the link the normal way, sorry.
