Jacob Rees-Mogg - Common People

Sounds about right 👍
I read that, there was something similar a few years back from some actual toff saying they had all looked down on Mogg at uni for not being of real stock. To be honest the least of his crimes is that he is not of genuine 100 percent Norman upper class occupation decendency.

Nick Robinson interviewed the recumbent member for the C18th here:

It produces no great insights: the man is enormously self-satisfied and of course he supports the Prime Minister while the nation is focused on trivialities like cake. Of course he does.
He may support the PM but there are not friends, apparently. But hey, do I care....

He was on World This Weekend today defending the Christian principle of saving people from evil traffickers by deporting them to Rwanda.
His Grace the Archbish misunderstands what the policy is attempting to achieve. It's not the abandonment of responsibility but the taking on of a very difficult responsibility. Oh, and the Prime Minister spoke to Parliament in good faith.
5.40 minutes in, if you can bear the languid hypocrisy.

I seen that on the news. Every single one of the heartless Tory bastards are trotting out the ' we're doing it because it's upsetting seeing deaths at sea' . Aye right, bet they raise a fucking glass for every single one .

It may look stupidly shallow and is in fact just that but it could be that the vermin's paymasters who own a lot of commercial property some of which may well be rented out to the civil service are losing a lot of money which they can start to recoup if people are back in their offices.
