How do you have your kebab?

Deconstructed kebabs now?? :confused:

That is how a lot of the best kebab places I have ever been to serve them - (in Hackney, not been there for a while but back in the day when I lived there was a bit of a centre for Turkish food and restaurants) when done as takeaways were served like that with bread separate, rather than being put into the bread then handed to you like a giant sarnie. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but it isn't the only way.
 
Not had one but it's not a terrible idea. Unlike huge burgers where I at least make an effort to eat it whole, I don't think I've ever tried with a large mixed kebab.
 
i fucking love kebabs. none of the fancy skewer shit but just the dirty great bastard off of the spinning thing.

top tip: ask them to seperate the pitta from the meat if you don't want a soggy pitta (not a euphamism).
