I think that was my original point, though I've lost track of how this convo started now.Yeah but some shifts are 4hrs, some are 12. Some get fed, some don't. Some sit in the arse end of nowhere, others are in the action.
Something to think about for sure when applying for work.
tbh, it's something that Glastonbury really ought to sort out (assuming they haven't, it has been nearly a decade), there should be some minimum standards for volunteers across the site - free food, hot drinks while working being the minimum that I've ever accepted anywhere on any site for any volunteers working for me, or for myself.
