A safety car would shake things up,especially for Leclerc
but can't see Hamilton catching Vettel at this pace.
It is a tough one. Should have been a racing incident and this is going to be awkward for all.Call that racing? What a load of nonsense
Lewis could/should have got past him but as soon as that penalty was announced why risk it?

Difficult. It happened right in the window where Hamilton was/could have taken the lead. After that it was likely Vettel's race so did it change the result? Maybe?Ferrari International Assistance has malfunctioned.
Harsh decision but he did make a mistake. Although I'd have preferred no penalty.

Well, that was a complete farce.
On top of this it was a really uneventful GP again. So far this season has been prosessional at best. Not just due to Mercedes domineering the results but all down the field.

F1 always some controversy and not involving Bernie this time 
I think Vettel could have faced a couple of rule breaches in that incident, so I'm not sure we can judge it without knowing what rule the stewards penalized him under. That will be published at some point so we will see a fuller picture. I have a feeling that rather than being penalized for unsafe return to the track, it could be going off track and gaining an advantage, which also includes retaining an advantage.
I still think it was harsh and if Vettel had turned left as he came off the grass I think he would have spun and collected Lewis with his rear end.

Letting Hammy past might have worked if the offence was gaining an unfair advantage, as 1%er says. But if the problem was unsafe re-join, it's always going to be debatable.
It was a shoddy way to decide a GP, really.
