Croatia vs England - (SF) - 19:00 - 11/07/2018

Look. It's been fucking glorious. We won a penalty shootout. We won our first knockout game since 1998 or something. We got to our first semi final since 1990. We got further than Germany, Spain, Brazil and Portugal.

I don't need England to be in a World Cup to enjoy it but its made it something special for my kids and for my family.

Well done to the England team. Nothing to be upset about.
Spot on.

I endorse this post. And also wish to add: we actually played football, like proper passing and teamwork and shit, for the first time in donkeys' years. PLUS the rest of the tournament has been fucking stunning. What's not to like?

You really have shown bitterness ,horrendous patriotism and naked xenophobia that if you were English would have got you bounced out of the boards quicksmart.

You really are the definition of a tragic internet troll.
what bitterness and what horrendous patriotism? can you post an example please?
or kindly retract, thanks
troll for not supporting englund, boohoo

Do England never learn? you've just been knocked out of the WC having done very little, not beating a singe team ranked above them in the world, and already the pundits in ITV studio are talking about the next world cup and this is the start of something big!!:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

Watch a bit of football occasionally and you might get what they mean.

Showing your lack of football knowledge there if you are going to bring Rankings into things.

It is all set up for a year of hurt in Qatar though.

One of if not the youngest squad in the tournament. They can learn and grow from this. There's bags of talent and character in that team and they can stay together for years to come.

Why didn't you just start a "We hate England" thread rather than stinking up every other one with your snide negativity

Funny how the rankings are shit when it suits people on here, but when its in England's favour they are a true record of the best teams in world.

Needed to take the first half chances. Pickford kept booting it up the field from about 35 minutes on and giving back possession. No idea why someone didn't tell him to stop.

Good tournament overall though. :)

Crotia just seemed physically more dominant, and better game management or summat from the second half. Never mind it's been an unexpecxted blast.
