Ashamed to admit this is Brewdog, the Green King I usually get has gone up too much. Local beers are all knock-offs of German lager and a bit too fizzy for me plus never one for lager. Loads of trendy microbrews in the cities now, otherwise it's strong spirits if you get drinking in the country. Was round a farmer's the other week trying to match him on rice wine and had to be carried to bed

A lot of farm homebrew is really smooth but it doesn't half fuck you up; they do sorghum and other grains too, some more sherry strength though they're often a bit sweet.
