Final one today - I'm actually really enjoying the new Panic! At The Disco record, even thought it's a bit overwrought and silly.
Oooh I'll have a listen to that this afternoon - used to listen to a lot of Kettel but haven't stuck him on for many years.
My amp is having a strop so I'm listening through headphones atm, but I'd like to rattle the windows with it before the small gets home from school.ennit - I can hardly stop listening to it
heavy vocoder.
No mention of the Anohni album here yet?
I wasn't totally convinced by the first two singles, but the album as a whole is pretty darn good. (sadly the only things you can stream on bandcamp are said two singles). Not the most cheerful listen, pretty harrowing in fact.
September Girls - Age of Indignation
Cursing the Sea (hints of MBV, Mazzy Star, Skeletal Family, and not surprisingly Big Star) was in my top two albums in 2014 so I've been looking forward to this. Haven't had time to pick a track to put up yet [...]
Came here to post this, then saw your post and realised that was where I'd heard about it in the first place.I know there's some other people keen on death grips on here, apart from me.
New album came out last night

I'd only half-registered that Cavern of Antimatter (Tim Gane from out of Stereolab's band) have a new one out - track on their website are very promising... also a remix by Karen Gwyer who is wonderful.
