Hercules bloke is excellent in Andromeda.

It's disconcerting that he keeps trying to revive the commonwealth, confuses me as I think 'British client states'

Nietzchians however, are badass aliens

I'd second that comment about the last season (I'd argue last 2 seasons) of Enterprise being good, but that theme tune...jesus...

I'd forgotten about that... just getting rid of the lyrics would have helped. The actual intro sequence was really nice (except for how they wrote the Soviet Union out of the history of space exploration).

And there was of course.

You could watch Lexx or Andromeda and not Enterprise?

I mean I'm a fan of Andromeda, but even so Enterprise was still better on average...
 It was DS9 I was saying was shit. I quite liked Enterprise.

I've been watching Andromeda recently and enjoyed that too.

You'd probably like Stargate SG1 as well. I know so many people who 'hate sci-fi' but watch that show. Dunno why, it's not like it's particularly good by any measure.

I watched an episode of Stargate Atlantis on Sky One once.

What the hell was that about?

I hate Sci-Fi in general.

Therefore, for a Sci-Fi series to hold my attention, and actually like it (and enough to series link it on Sky+) - it must be good.

What higher accolade can there be?

No, if anything it means the exact opposite.

I liked Voyager, it had more consistant episodes and wasn't as fluffy and polite as the others. DS9 got better when they got into the war with The Dominion.

The only way to redeem Enterprise would be for Scott Bakula to say "oh boy" everytime the crew got into trouble.

A bloke I know was auditioned for the role, got quite far, but they told his agent they were looking for someone more Scott Bakula ish.

Voyager was fucking dire. Oh you're stuck on the edge of the galaxy desperate to get home, lets have yet another fucking holodeck story.

Piss off.

They had fewer of those than TNG! At least they had more warry episodes.

Enterprise. I at least managed a few eps of Voyager, I could only manage 20 minutes of an Enterprise ep. And I'm one of those sad gits who can recognise an ep of TOS from one snatch of dialogue.
But let it not be denied that the worst Star Trek ever committed to any medium is Nemeshit. I've got fanzines written by Mary Janes in the early 70s that were better written and more convincing.
