enterprise all the way baby. Proper shit. The cheese quotient in the opening credits is enough to place it as shittest.

Definitely Enterprise.

"It's been a long road - getting from there to here..." fuck off, Watson.

Faith of the heart, my arse.

I alternate - they all have awfulness - DS9 with its Troi-centred episodes, DS9 with Sisko's "Emissary" excesses and way too much Miles O'Brien and Keiko, not sure about Voyager - fairly even in its naffness ... "Enterprise" has the theme song .. but on the other hand it has T'Pol ....

But nothing is as awful as the Original Series.

It’s been a long road - getting from there to here.
It’s been a long time, but my time is finally near

And I will see my dream come alive at last. I will touch the sky.
And they’re not gonna hold me down no more
No, they’re not gonna change my mind
Cause I got faith of the heart
I’m going where my heart will take me
I got faith to believe I can do anything.
I got strength of the soul and no one’s gonna bend or break me
I can reach any star. I got faith. Faith of the heart.

I defy you to read that without getting a bit of sick in your mouth.

voyager is the only star trek i have ever been prepared to warch dunno if that makes it the best or the worst really.

The only way to redeem Enterprise would be for Scott Bakula to say "oh boy" everytime the crew got into trouble.

Enterprise is the only one that I can't actually watch. Ah Sam Beckett, I had such high hopes for you. Oooooh boy.

This.

I hated the Next Generation and DS9. I am guessing that I wouldn't have liked Enterprise if I had watched it.

However, Voyager was really entertaining whenever I caught it on which ever Sky channel it was shown on.

e2a: I have just realised I have cast my vote for Voyager without reading the question. What is this? Zimbabwe?

ds9 was especially shit untill sisko shaved his head and got the defiant

however it's shitness has to be compared with the utter middle of the road dross put out by many episodes of st:tng

enterprise stands alone by managing to have all the corect elements to be good but still feeling like shit... it had lost it's soul

classic is the best

just rewatched city on the edge of forever...

You like Voyager therefore you are disqualified from giving a reasonable opinion :p

I hate Sci-Fi in general.

Therefore, for a Sci-Fi series to hold my attention, and actually like it (and enough to series link it on Sky+) - it must be good.

What higher accolade can there be?

i've heard that too actually from my bro who writes for sci-fi magazines. though i havent watched more than an episode of it myself

It does what i've wanted Trek to do for ages, which is flesh out some of the pre-existing cultures rather than inventing a new one every week. Vulcans, Andorians, Tellarites (little piggy guys) and Romulans feature heavily, as does Peter Weller from Robocop.

I'd second that comment about the last season (I'd argue last 2 seasons) of Enterprise being good, but that theme tune...jesus...

That's probably true but I can normally watch any shit scifi and get something out of it.p

You could watch Lexx or Andromeda and not Enterprise?

I mean I'm a fan of Andromeda, but even so Enterprise was still better on average...

You'd probably like Stargate SG1 as well. I know so many people who 'hate sci-fi' but watch that show. Dunno why, it's not like it's particularly good by any measure.
