The best breakfast I've ever had was in Edinburgh over 20 years ago now, Frederick Street I seem to recall. Fry-up with black pudding, white pudding, and haggis!

I took this photo over a decade ago but seeing a picture posted on another thread somehow triggered a memory, and this seemed the most appropriate thread. So not my current view but certainly a previous one
I took this climbing Table mountain via the Platteklip gorge route. It took about 40 minutes to get from the starting point to where it plateaus out just past the gorge and it meant climbing up steep steps non stop with zero shade on a hot day.
The deep blue of the sky is quite something.
