A ton of spinach fried in butter and some roast chicken with chillies leftover from last nights dinner.

Went to uni campus and had aubergine with potato, slivers of pork with green beans and mapo tofu.

Roast beef, roast spuds, carrots, gravy, horseradish. Also attempting yorkshires for the first time, so wish me luck there...

Maybe apple pie for pudding, if I can be arsed.

Just had a chicken casserole thing. Chicken in white wine with mushrooms, peppers, carrots, potatoes and courgettes nicely herbified. It was OK. Not brill. May look for something nicer this evening.

I'm still fairly full from the FEB I had around midday so tea later tonight will be apple strudel and custard

It was so lovely and there are roasties left for lunch tomorrow. : )
