I did my salad/coleslaw type deal with 3 grated carrots, 1 grated apple (pink lady), 1 shredded spring onion, 2 diced sticks of celery, mayonnaise, lime juice, maple syrup, wholgrain mustard, salt and pepper, olive oil - fucking lovely

Small crispy roast potatoes, chilli sauce, minted peas, and the apple/carrot/celery coleslaw I made yesterday

Nearly lost a finger when I gave the cats some chicken after we had finished eating, they do love a little roast chicken (they get a small amount, just a couple of mouthfuls, about once every 1 to 2 weeks when I do a roast)

Just had a ginormous lunch, so gonna make a snack tea. Either extra mature cheddar and red onion on toast, or egg mayo butties with homegrown cress.

I used to eat a lot of tinned new potatoes when I was in my teens and bedsitting around. Not sure why

I remember them being quite posh when I was a kid - potatoes, in a tin! But they've always been shit. A very odd texture no doubt the result of them festering in their secretions for years on end imprisoned in a tin.
