He's been annoyed by Biden talking about winning apparently. But he clearly doesn't get that Biden only did that cos Trump claimed to have won himself. In a reasonable election, neither side would have claimed victory at all yet - they'd both just be saying 'wait, be patient, let the count happen'.Although obviously everything else was in no way reasonable...
Yeah, I heard something the other day about the Democrats feeling in 2000 they'd let the Republicans shape the narrative of being the winners so they were determined not to let them have that space again. He's been annoyed by Biden talking about winning apparently. Absolutely. Bush won that in part because he claimed victory first. But it seems someone told Trump that, so he tried to copy it. But Bush was speaking after about the second recount or something, not right in the middle of the first count.Yeah, I heard something the other day about the Democrats feeling in 2000 they'd let the Republicans shape the narrative of being the winners so they were determined not to let them have that space again.

Speeches like that usually end with a UN peacekeeping force on the streets.
and they've only counted 75% of the californian vote - that's worth another million on that tally alonePopular vote lead has just passed 4m
No postal vote bias to Biden in the west. More accustomed to everyone voting postally. Different dynamic. Nevada hasn't swung to Trump, though. So how do we explain the late swing of mail votes to Trump in Arizona and Nevada?

How many votes left to count?Biden lead in AZ down to 56k
NYT says 440k but those numbers aren't especially reliable tbhHow many votes left to count?
The AZ counties reporting so far today have been Cochise & Pinal which are both ones in which Trump leads. The biggie is Maricopa (Phoenix) which dominates the state to the extent that you can't win it without carrying that county. Biden leads handily there but it's still trad Republican so no guarantee that it'll be wildly positive for BidenNYT says 440k but those numbers aren't especially reliable tbh
The entire national popular vote lead is attributable to California at this point - Biden is up 4m in the stateand they've only counted 75% of the californian vote - that's worth another million on that tally alone
