CNN said Allegheny County (Pittsburg apparently) have been paused because of a court order, won't restart until Friday.

Seems to be some silly nonsense about wanting expanded access to observing the vote counting process. Makes it easier for them to object to every little thing I suppose and slow it all down to a crawl while they come up with something else

Generally, yes. There aren’t that many in the key states, tho it could just be enough in pennndylvania

Silver just posted some data on the 538 live blog showing that even in very red counties in GA, the mail ballot is coming in very blue indeed
