A last minute vote got this up here. tbaldwin was in this band wasn't he? Political punk.
I'm amazed that Cypress Hill was so low down the order. Or high, depending on how you look at it.
And whether you're a member of Cypress Hill I guess
My opinion, each track is pretty much perfect on its own right, and I cant think of many other albums where every track got as much DJ play, I love the production, I just find it exhausting as an album .. It's a voice to take in small doses.I'm amazed that Cypress Hill was so low down the order. Or high, depending on how you look at it.

Pioneers of the riot girrrl thing, so probably as much about political impact than the music itself... Context counts for a lotOh you are a hardcore lot. One of those punk things that sounds like it's getting there on pure attitude despite knowing exactly how they're doing it.
If you liked De La Soul or A Tribe Called Quest then you'll like this . Effortless .
Souls of Mystery - '93 til Infinity
I'm glad to hear you liked it. Arleta came out of the Greek New Wave of the 1960s. She had an amazing voice with a massive vocal range and she was a brilliant song writer. If you want to get into her stuff, I'd recommend Ένα Καπέλο με Τραγούδια which came out in 1981. Also her first two albums from 1966 and 1967.19 - Αρλέτα [Arleta] - Μετά τιμής [Meta Timis]

Greek folk I guess. Understated and sumptuous. OK this is my new favourite album.

Perfectly catches the grunge sound and has Cannonball on it. It's about the choruses.
