When The Sun Hits is a bangerI absolutely love Slowdive and Souvlaki is my favorite Slowdive. That do?
KRS-One, Nirvana, Harvey?
I wasn't aware of them at the time , the shoe gaze-y stuff was something I was aware of but didn't listen to much , but I have got into it lately , and Slowdive have been a big listening pleasure .By the way, somebody say something nice about Souvlaki. I feel it's the type of thing you could really get into if you're going through a dark patch.
Did anyone at all vote for Infotainment Scan?
I don't think I'd heard of any of mine until at least 10 years later. My list , all bar Slowdive were what I was listening to at the time.
I voted for Manics, just not that enthusiastically. Take it Nirvana's your #1, not Type O? I had been sort of wondering if Eyehategod might be your cup of tea, but seems not. Here's my list, compiled in a car whilst at rugby training.
Type O Negative - Bloody Kisses
U2 - Zooropa
Sabres Of Paradise – Sabresonic
The Lemonheads - Come On Feel The Lemonheads
Aerosmith - Get a Grip
Snoop Dogg - Doggystyle
Orbital - Brown Album
WU Tang Clan - Enter The Wu Tan
Sarah McLachlan - Fumbling Towards Ecstasy
Manic Street Preachers – Gold Against The Soul
Lenny Kravitz - Are You Gonna Go My Way
David Bowie - Black Tie White Noise
The Breeders - Last Splash
The Flaming Lips - Transmissions from the Satellite Heart
Suede - Suede
Crowded House - Together Alone
Kate Bush - The Red Shoes
Björk - Debut
Tool - Undertow
Blur - Modern Life Is Rubbish
Smashing Pumpkins - Siamese Dream
Pearl Jam - Vs
Depeche Mode - Songs of Faith and Devotion
Cypress Hill - Black Sunday
Nirvana - In Utero
Looks like I was the only one who voted for U2 and Crowded House. Both classic albums of their time. And I think there's a few others on there that no-one voted for as well (Manics, Flaming Lips, Too, Lenny Kravitzl and Kate Bush?)
Yarp. Nirvana moved to #1 as I put RATMs debut top but it was the wrong year by a few weeks.I voted for Manics, just not that enthusiastically. Take it Nirvana's your #1, not Type O? I had been sort of wondering if Eyehategod might be your cup of tea, but seems not.
The band/album name switcheroo at the end there is a nice touch, got to keep Knotted on his toes.

I thin Eyehategod would be, but I've never come across them enough for me to listen to.I voted for Manics, just not that enthusiastically. Take it Nirvana's your #1, not Type O? I had been sort of wondering if Eyehategod might be your cup of tea, but seems not.
Take As Needed... is great imo:I thin Eyehategod would be, but I've never come across them enough for me to listen to.
I shall rectify that now.
