Sounds harsh though, to survive in war you need to take what you can sometimes. Though I would hope the angry mob can distinguish between someone helping themselves to electricals and stuff taken to survive like food etc.I'm also hearing stories from a Ukrainian friend of looters being shot... All hearsay, but believable
