Putin basically tore up the Minsk agreement so that’s probably a non runner.

Tbf both sides ( and the so called republics ) failed to implement sections of the agreement. It’s covered very well in the book I mentioned earlier .

the main thing suggesting that is wrong is that they didn't actually do anything to build a coalition of weapons suppliers, indeed we were (and still may be) cutting back our military as we went into 2022

Pretty pricey for Kindle but I’ve bought it.

I found it a good if depressing read .They have this theory of negotiation which takes a bit of getting into but they summarise that theory after each chapter progresses the narrative.
