Drugs are not a good thing but people continue to take them plan A stopped working twenty years ago you might not like plan b but its a better idea than continue as we are.

I think it is positive that the most despised politician around at the moment and one of the smarmier more dislikable privatisation profiteers is saying this, but why would someone who is pro-reform of drug laws think that?

Nope. I don't take drugs often these days. Drug law reform is necessary for all sorts of reasons - kids getting criminal records for having a bit of weed (and then finding it hard to gain employment), the police using drugs as an excuse to disproportionately stop and search black youths, pma/pmma killing more and more people in dodgy pills...
