Um no. They could discover who voted but not how they voted. Your name isn't on the ballot paper.

Your name isn't, but there is a unique serial number, and when you collect a ballot your name is written next to the number on the counterfoil, or the number is written next to your name on the list of names, so in theory they could check how people voted.

They apparently used to routinely do this for people voting Communist, for example.

I'm not suggesting that this will be done in this case so that the names of everyone voting for Galloway can be put on a list and passed on to Special Branch, but it is possible to do it..
