The family court system is the most corrupt part of the judiciary. Cloaked in anonymity, some mothers make application after wild application safe in the knowledge that they can say what they want and fathers just have to sit there in silence and take it, jumping through hoops just to see their kids.
I’ve been accused of child abuse twice, physical and emotional abuse on a regular basis, even attempting to poison my children (that one was fun). The list goes on and on. It would be funny if it wasn’t tragic.
A vindictive woman spinning fairytales to judges, with no evidence. But that doesn’t matter. It’s all anonymous. They can say what they like.To me it’s just become a tax on fathers. Every year (in my case a decade now) of paying hundreds of thousands of pounds a to be a present father in my children’s lives.
So far I have succeeded. It’s ruining me financially, but I am glad that I have done my job and been able to be there for my boys. Many other men are not nearly so fortunate.There are so few men who have the financial capacity to stay that fight, especially as an accusation of abuse sets the legal aid rolling. They are forced to walk away from the kids they love more than anything in the world. Many kill themselves. No wonder suicide in men is the biggest killer of the under 50’s.
One of the reasons I bang on about ADHD is that the latest ruse to drag through the courts is to get my boy dosed with amphetamines to make him compliant. Normal boundaries are not enough it would seem nowadays. All through the process I said that it might be a bad idea to mess with a growing brain for a made up ailment you can’t see on a brain scan, which gets diagnosed by greedy little drug dealers who charge eye watering sums to hand out strong drugs like sweets to kids who have no idea what they are taking.
If you think the Trans contagion is BAD. The “Mental health” contagion is much worse and much more lucrative. Oh, and the trial of the amphetamine (given a trendy name to sound all yummy) has been halted after my boy started hallucinating in the street and couldn’t balance properly. The judge has banned me from even mentioning ADHD, regardless of context.
That’s how insidious these people are. I’ll probably get notice of contempt and possibly face sanction for writing this. I don’t care anymore. Kids need both parents. The state is a dreadful substitute. Why does the family court hate families and especially fathers who want to be there for their kids?
I hear daily from men in the same position. So whenever a woman starts moaning about the patriarchy, just point her in the direction of the family courts. There’s not much patriarchy going on there, I can assure you, love.I do find the vindictiveness some women display to the father of their kids perplexing, but I suppose there has to be a ying to a yang.
It’s true that men beat up their wives more often than women, and so it follows that the flip side is women destroy families in divorce. That’s just the way of things. It’s so sad for children when either parent tries to deny their kids the other out of anger and spite.
Why not just try and get on for the children? I’ll not sure I’ll ever know.
Anyway, a cautionary tale for any men out there contemplating popping the question. Think very carefully about the woman you are going to marry, because after nearly a decade of non stop litigation, denied access and absconding, I’m the one who will pay a bill tomorrow morning for succeeding in stopping the trial of a dangerous drug which doesn’t work.
And finally.Don’t believe all women.They lie as much as the rest of us.

I wonder where his kids inherited their adhd from? Seriously, he is textbook unmedicated ADHD chaos. His bellendery makes sense now. That he can't shut up despite the consequences, the impulsivity. Risk taking etc. I had a similar convo with a friend re. her kids ADHD and where they inherited it from and it dawned on her, her ex husbands childhood, he’s also creating chaos, but in a different way.

Of course his defenders are out in full force with "he's their dad, he's got rights". Funny how it never occurs to them that the kids have rights too, and that includes the right to privacy. What if his son doesn't want his ADHD diagnosis to be known? Some people don't. OK, Laurence didn't actually name him, but it wouldn't be hard for their friends to work out.

Is ADHD really "inherited"? And even if it is, not sure if we should be attacking anyone, even Fox, because they have ADHD.
I don't mind having a pop at Fox for being a twat (and that's putting it mildly) but some of the stuff on this thread, particularly relating to his kids, is getting a bit close to the line, at least for my delicate sensibilities.

ADHD is probably inherited from either parent, and it’s now clear (to me) that Fox is ADHD as fuck and is dysfunctionally self-medicating with cocaine, alcohol and spiralling bigotry. A bit rich of him to be dissing his kid being medicated with a safe and provably effective drug, whilst ruining himself with others that provably unsafe.
I should have more sympathy with him now, but it is still failing to manifest itself
