So just do what you are good at? What about if you are good at stuff that is not very useful or even positively harmful? Also why the quotation marks around rights and not around responsibilities? Many people would see them as being reciprocal; as in the responsibility to contribute according to our abilities linked with the right to be cared for according to our needs. It seems like quite a ncie fit.
