No, I want to know what you mean by those phrases. I know what they mean to me, but for all I know, by "social security" you could mean one type of benefit out of all of them, or you could mean every last benefit available.

Judging by the numerous 'mistakes' he has made, I am guessing that he will continue to make them, as I think he sees himself as being too cool, clever and fantastic to actually make mistakes. So therefore he will not learn from them (as they don't exist) and he will only seek to blame others.
I noticed his body language is very alpha male. Last night in the Commons, he was lounging around with his legs wide apart and his hands behind his head. More of a pose for receiving a blowjob than for sitting in the House of Commons.
He can almost talk the talk, and I am sure that time will hone him into a slippery political orator. But I don't think he will ever walk the walk. He is too much of a prat and all indicators are pointing towards him becoming too hated a politician to ever be given the top job.
His disregard for criticism is evident in two speeches I saw. I wonder if this will manifest itself into Purnell being a bull in a china shop and making a UK economic disaster into a UK humanitarian disaster.

They act as a deterrent to actually lie. If you tell someone to pick a number between 1 and 5 and then tell them to say "no" to every guess you make, even when you get it right. Then afterwards tell them the number they thought of, they will believe that a polygraph can absolutely tell when they are telling porkies.
Most people just crack and confess rather than face the polygraph.
Surely simple answer: don't tell the DWP you have a phone, or just requet all correspondence be done face to face or written.
