Italy v Uruguay (Group D) Tuesday 24th June 2014

Poor Suarez, no doubt the horrible British media will show him disrespect again for biting a player for a second time

The man is a fucking cock. The cheating is one thing, but to give it the pious "woe is me, I'm the victim" bullshit is a whole other level of pathetic.

A third time, you mean.

Third, I think...

Did he though? I honestly don't know. What did you guys see?
watching a stream, so hard to say, although unless there's an opposite camera, it will be hard to find out for sure. Wouldn't be surprised if Suarez bit Chiellini, but also wouldn't be surprised if Chiellini was just putting on a show because of his reputation (like Muller winding Pepe up).

Sorry, its just you said "it looked like the Italian player cheated by throwing himself to the ground".

Yeah, I saw an angle from the back where he seemed to grab his face and I couldn't figure out what had supposed to have happened. He grabbed his face and fell to the ground and the replay didn't show the contact. I need a full replay froma couple of angles.

Would be interested to know what it is makes him bite people. It's quite difficult to do in a footy game and quite easy to spot. So it must be some sort of compulsion.

Suarez laughing at his haters :D

Definitely a bite. He should be out of the cup. He should also be getting some counselling or something because this is fucking weird.

Again! It is a very odd thing to do over and over again. Like a phase a five year old would go through.

Exactly. Toddlers sometimes go through a biting phase, not grown men. And it's not like he's otherwise a violent player. It's just so fucking strange.

I'm a Liverpool supporter, and i was also hoping that Uruguay would win the game, but i think it was a bite.

If you're interested, the Univision feed is still up, and you can still navigate through the game using the bar at the bottom.

The incident happens at about 78:20, and they show a few replay angles. Definitely looks like a bite(or at least an attempt at one) to me. The fact that Suarez spends the next two minutes holding his buck teeth in pain is, in my opinion, additional evidence.

Edit:

Actually, scratch that. I don't think you can still watch the feed if you don't already have it up on your computer.

I didn't look like much contact but I need to see the replay again. It looked like the Italian player cheated by throwing himself to the ground and then Suárez went into super-cheat mode.
Absolutely. He clearly backed into Luis' teeth. It's not his fault they stick out FFS:mad:

I just don't get why people start frothing at the mouth and turning all rabid when Luis gets involved in six on one and half a dozen bites of the other:rolleyes::hmm:

Hmm, I haven't noticed that but then I've only been watching Liverpool this year (the GF's a fan).
