having checked using an alternate method it says:

REFERENCE NUMBER RETRIEVAL

We have found 2 orders and we have emailed the details to ''

(my quotes ... i.e. no email... the HTML has <br></br>)

So a) it found me orders; and b) even though you might have registered and given your email when you did so, you'll get no email from a phone order.

Checker is here. Long as it finds orders I guess you're ok ...

Yes, I hope they fix their online tracker so that it actually WORKS if no email is associated with the ticket ...

How many tickets did you buy? If even if you bought the two on one application I think its counted as 2 orders.

Mine says I made 3 orders - well I ordered 3 tickets on one application so that must be the answer!
