Well the phrase most used in the Italian press about Ferrari today is "Commedia dell'arte", whilst not a direct translation I think pantomime is close enough in English

Just to let you know about all the Police, Ambulance and fire flying around here yesterday. There is a private medical university not far from here and they held a major incident exercise for their students, they had services from all across the state taking part, that is why there were so many sirens about.

We were all a little worried as there were sirens going for about 2 hours, with police cars and ambulances flying up and down the beach road, the speculation about what was happening went from bank robbery to a gang shot out, but as we didn't hear any gunfire we couldn't figure it out.

There are a lot of people who are really pissed off about it and the universality will be hearing from loads of people I think, next time they need to let the local people know if they are planning to do this again.
