Bottas makes a good team-mate for Hammy. He's a good number two driver, in the same way that Kimi works well enough for Ferrari and Vettel. Ocon would in no way respect a world champion's number one status, which would definitely push Hammy, at the expense of team esprit de corps. I'd like to see Bottas keep his seat - he comes over as a nice guy.

I agree with you, I'd just like to see how Lewis coped with some young risk taker alongside him. He started in McLaren alongside ex-world champion Alonso and it would be good to see him find himself in that same situation.

The wedding was shit yesterday but a family lunch was planned but cancelled today so heading home for the race. Watching on C4 today for big screen action

Today is the first race this season where I am watching on my own, my old lady and my youngest Son who still lives at home are both studying and no visitors (yet), the only downside is I can't crack a beer open yet, but I'll try and get one in before the end of the race or if Lewis does take Vettel out or he breakdowns
