Yes, Danny Ric starts in P16 due to a 20-place grid penalty.

Brundle (on Sky) was speculating that maybe something is damaged on Hammy's car.

But, yes, Vettel isn't going to get second so he's won the championship. Hammy needs to put on a show, not finish last and lapped.
