Most soya milk used to be awful, but even the bog standard supermarket stuff from Sainsburys/Tescos etc tastes fine. I've had people round and they haven't even noticed it's not 'proper' milk in their tea/coffee. If you prefer full fat milk, sweetened soya might be better for you.What's the best milk-alternative for putting in tea/coffee/cereal?
My weakness is cheese, but cutting out a lot of milk from my diet really helped my eczema.
