What is the allegation of cover up about?

Hi Sasaferrato, have a watch of the programme (linked to in original post). It's quite remarkable to see on mainstream media and Charlie Sheen is extremely brave to put his head above the parapet like this.

However the public response seems to suggest that his move has been rewarded. Even on the programme, the person they had in to argue against Sheen had to admit there were lots of unanswered questions.
