He has no grounds for legal challenges, he's already had a number of cases thrown out by various courts this week, because his lawyers couldn't come up with any evidence to support their claims.
Republican leaders of several states have already called him out over his bullshit claims.

You know that picture is a fake, right? There was never a point at which any network called Gore as the winner in 2000, or any point at which the electoral college votes could have been 242 - 271 in favour of Gore, even while the result in Florida was contested.
