There is a bottle of 357 Mad Dog Chili sauce in the office - 357,000 Scovilles - some have tried just a pinhead's blob of it and it's blown their heads - should I give it a go?

no, its not worth the pain. i tried a pinhead's worth of 4,000,000 scoville unit sauce and i couldn't breath for an hour. almost went to hospital

I tried it and, wow, it's hot alright, but not unpleasant - the benefits outweigh the drawbacks certainly.

We had a gorgeous mushroom risotto with a griddled chicken breast. Bloody lovely.

We had haddock fillets, garlic mash and sugar snap peas. Then I had an ice lolly. It was good. Hope the haddock wasn't off though
