Pasta bake. Would you believe I've never done a pasta bake before? Haven't decided yet whether it will be tuna, meatballs, whatever.

Bread? In a pasta bake? That would never have occured to me in a million years because of its essential wrongness. I would never do such a thing.

Except put breadcrumbs on top, of course. That would be okay.

*Phew* I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I did. :hmm:

No idea. Unless I make it to Sainsburys it's going to have to be dahl or pesto pasta. This doesn't excite me.

Uuuurgghh! I'm not sure I'll want anything for tea now - I just had a cup of tea at my neighbour's downstairs, and she made me eat a chicken kiev too. A rotten chicken kiev.
I had a little mouthful before my suspicions were confirmed too.
Where's that vomit smiley?

:(

WANT!!! DAMN YOU!! i was gonna swank onto here and say 'anything I damn well please as I have a mountain of food being delivered later', and now all I want is this :(;)

You might want to reserve judgement. I didn't make these ravioli, so they're untested. Our local bakery was selling them, frozen, from a start-up stuffed pasta business in Toronto that purports to operate from a little old Italian lady's basement. They're huge-- 5cm X 5cm! The garlic sausage is mine though. :)

Hmmm....well, you must report back then! Must admit, the shop-bought aspect of it does make me pull back a little :D that's fucking big ravioli like! :D

I have no bloody idea what I'm having for tea yet. The only problem with getting so much food in all at once is that the variations are endless!!

Big or not, the crew demolished them with sauce-splattering gusto. I thought the filling a little granular for my taste (dry-ish ricotta with a mere hint of two other cheeses, one of which may have been identifiable as parmesan, if only they'd used more of it.).

Hopefully it'll inspire you out of your culinary doldrums of last week. :)

Chinese takeaway with friends. Hurrah!!!!! :)

Have the crispy beef for me.

I got over my kiev experience (just), and went with dahl. I really wasn't expecting to enjoy it, but it was one of the nicest meals I've had for a while.

chicken tikka masala from the freezer with rice.
i'm all alone for dinner so eating up the un-named freezer stock, so i hope it was chicken tikka masala :D
