Yeah. Well maybe 1 and half sittings for me :D Think the main warning was about processed meat, like bacon, hams and sausages. Not sure what exactly makes them worse.

Anyway, something's got to kill you in the end.

I'm having that too, a jar of curry sauce from Lidl and some veggies (sweet potato, broccoli, carrots and sweetcorn. With rice and naan bread. I'm making it now so all I have to do this evening is reheat it.

was going to have cheese on toast but havent got round to it yet, so not sure if i can be bothered. it involves walking downstairs, turning on lights, finding non-mouldy bread , slicing cheese etc :D or boiled eggs, but again too much effort

tomorrow will be chilli

Wrap up warm then ;)

I had Fajitas tonight - roasted veggies (courgette/red onion/green pepper/mushrooms) in tortillas with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese, salsa and lots of jalapenos.

Yum.

I had roasted courgette, aubergine, toms, carrot, onion, garlic and peppers. With quinoa
It was okay but chips would have been better.

Tonight for tea, I had nuffin.

I went to the pub in the afternoon and stayed there. Though I did eat peanuts. Lager and rum doesn't count as food I'm guessing. I shall have now a cup of tea.

"praise the lord for the gift of laughter" - Blackadder 2nd :p

anyway, tonight will be similar to above, make pot of chilli and serve with tortilla wraps, salady stuff for me and jalapenos - maybe cheese if I remember to get some

Courgette, feta and potato cakes, king prawns which I think I'll stick on skewers and grill in 2 or 3 different marinades (a chilli/ginger/crushed coriander seed/garlic one, a lemon/garlic/herb one and a teriyaki one I reckon), broccolli and tomatoes with salt and pepper.

Bit of an odd mixture - but I'm looking forwards to it all the same! :D

And with it being Friday, there'll be cream cakes for pudding too.

Are those the Delia ones with mint? I saw them this morning whilst googling for courgette recipes (16 for 50p in the market woohoo!). I'll probably omit the eggs though as I have none, and I might use goats cheese instead of feta then just use a different herb (I might be able to save some basil leaves and give it a good send off). I'd better check I've got flour too.
If I have to go and buy flour, feta, mint and eggs I'll get more courgettes and make roasted courgette and garlic soup tomorrow.

Just had lasagne, dal, rice and sosmix rolls from Beatroot - recommended hangover cure.
Tonight it as to be chips.
