What's for tea tonight? (#8)

The option which looks the most feasible is a potato & spinach paratha with fried egg. Not v healthy, but at least I can get it done quickly and it won't involve chopping.

mmmmmMMMMM that stew was fucking well nice - got leftovers for lunch today

Tonight I am craving chachouka - so will make that with duck eggs, and have with good seedy bread, lemon and coriander couscous and a salad.

Horrible chicken curry:( There is loads of it. I think I'm gonna have to chuck it out. Its way off my usual standard.

Making a big pan of slop that should last a few days but it turns out to be horrible - Nightmare :D Mind you, whenever that's happened to me, I ended up still eating it out of some kind of perverse sense of duty.

Spare rib chop, mash, veg & gravy for me anyway.

I made vegetable laksa recently, it was absolutely lovely, very very simple and was well receieved even by a fussy eater who doubts any meal without meat.

Not sure what I'll be eating as I forgot to buy pine nuts again.

It looked just like this:

But mince not cake.
