I had no breakfast, so have just had my dinner for lunch - a Bailnese aubergine curry which I added the leftover pork belly to, with rice - fucking lush and there's enough leftover for lunch tomorrow, too.
Roast chicken and all the trimmings.
I'm going to have a go at low fat roast potatoes so I'm doing them in a separate pan and using some 1 cal fat spray - wish me luck.
