They all use pretty much the same criteria of the lead being outside the recount margin and there being being effectively no chance it won’t remain outside that margin. Whether they all finished their calculations following the latest ballot figures being released, or just said sod it and followed CNN we might never know.

Yep and as I said, they'd started on provisional ballots and they were heavy Biden so no chance of any kind of behavioural change between types of ballots.
Also once one calls, they all call. Nobody wants to be left out
