Urban75's Album of the Year 2012 - the polls are open

I'm too late to vote for this year, but I never seem to have heard anything that gets voted for on here so I think it's usually a wasted vote, plus I think I've spent more time this year listening to old music. But for the record, my two favourite albums this year were by:

Paperfangs - electropop from Finland



Hospitality - indiepop from New York



Looking forward to the results. It's my way of catching up on what I should have been listening to.

Oh, and I bought and listened (a lot) to the Charles Bradley album this year, but that came out in 2011.

I kind of agree really. I thought it was pretty but a little underwhelming. As I say, I mostly listened to old music this year, so I wanted to fill up the ten with some modern albums that I approved of.
