The Tim Reaper & Kloke album seems to be popping up on lots of end-of-year lists, and it's good, plus it gives writers something to write about - two big (within the scene) names collaborating, Hyperdub's first jungle album, etc. But The Cosmic Connection hits my Bukem-ish sweet spot and I've gone back to it far more, cos it's just excellent

jenny sparks album is the most joyful, funny and happy music I've heard in ages. It proper gave me a spring in my step first time I heard it. Definitely my album of the year.
