I'm an expat and I need...
Following on from the 'what do you miss when you're away from your home country' thread, I thought I'd start this one. Think that's bad? Check this out. Forget Waitrose, forget M&S and even Bayley and Sage, this is dodgy Dave's corner shopThe independent shop has plenty becauase they can adjust their prices to the changed wholesale market price, when they go to stock up daily, whilst the supermarkets who locked in their prices with suppliers months ago can't.

That has to be a new peak Brexit level of fucking madness and desperation.
Who encourages this? That has to be a new peak Brexit level of fucking madness and desperation.
Imagine that they were actively encouraging people to harvest wild tomatoes from sewers.
I am distraught.
Last year I grew about 100 plants from one Waitrose First Choice tomato and they were distributed all over Bournemouth and London. And they were tasty.
People are relying on me, but there are no tomatoes at all in Waitrose, never mind First Choice ones.
If you want me to send some just let me know. Happy to.Shortage of Horlicks in Intermarche. "No idea when it will return," said the cashier "But you Johnny English voted for Brexit and this is what you asked for "
Was there a Daily Mail quote? Encouraging eating sewer tomatoes?
Thanks. Any chance of posting it?yes.

Don't mean to be a pain in the arse but is it possible to post pics of the whole process please, I was impressed that you managed to grow 100 plants from one tomatoI start them indoors, so I think so. I started a bit early last year but it's March tomorrow and I am down south.
I recollect when linking to the DM was frowned upon. Nowadays even the Urban tories are out and proud. DM links and go NATO.
