Except lower decks which is on PrimeApart from picard (which is on amazon prime) all star trek stuff is on paramount+ now.
all thats on paramount+ (Not sure about lower decks). If netflix still has some of those shows i guess its due to licences not expired yet.Except lower decks which is on Prime
Except the reboot films also on Prime
Except TNG, Original Series, Voyager, animated series, DS9 and Enterprise which are on Netflix
Having googled it seems some stuff removed from netflix usa is still on netflix uk. I guess that won't last forever.all thats on paramount+ (Not sure about lower decks). If netflix still has some of those shows i guess its due to licences not expired yet.
Sorry. Thought you meant 'only'.all thats on paramount+ (Not sure about lower decks). If netflix still has some of those shows i guess its due to licences not expired yet.
Yeah it was my understanding everything had left netflix for paramount but i think i must have read usa articles. I suspect the same will happen here eventually though.Sorry. Thought you meant 'only'.
Well I have just had a look at what P+ has to offer and it's going to need a bit more to even get me to sign up for a free trial.Yeah it was my understanding everything had left netflix for paramount but i think i must have read usa articles. I suspect the same will happen here eventually though.
First two seasons are really good, goes off the boil season 3Worf's make up is dreadful
I have no idea what the plot is meant to be from the trailers. ANother confusing Alex Kurtzman storyline I suppose.
I'm sure it'll press all the right buttons and bringing back hologram Moriarty is definitely cool.
But Discovery is just shit
I subscribed to paramount+ for a bit when strange new worlds was on. I've stopped it for now until they have new discovery or strange new worlds on. Same as i do with disney for star wars shows.Well I have just had a look at what P+ has to offer and it's going to need a bit more to even get me to sign up for a free trial.
I don't think i'm interested in strange new worlds enough . . . Discovery I know I am not interested in.I subscribed to paramount+ for a bit when strange new worlds was on. I've stopped it for now until they have new discovery or strange new worlds on. Same as i do with disney for star wars shows.
Don't blame you for not being interested in Strange New Worlds given how dire Discovery and Picard have been, but SNW is in my opinion, the best Star Trek to have been made in at least 25 years.I don't think i'm interested in strange new worlds enough . . . Discovery I know I am not interested in.
If they get something else good on there I might go for a weeks free trial to whack through a load.
That was in s1 but didn't all the s2 time travel stuff undo that? (May be wrong)I forgot they made Picard a robot.
They didn't really - it's all made up.I forgot they made Picard a robot.
Who knows at this point. None of it makes the slightest sense. Season 2 was better, in that it was more coherent. But let's be honest Picard is just a strange melange of fan service and grim dark. I shall watch s4, I dare say I'll enjoy it. But I hope it's for the right reasons and that this time we have a good story. I don't think that is in the gift of those writing it.That was in s1 but didn't all the s2 time travel stuff undo that? (May be wrong)
Whatever the hook, it’ll be running around and shooting, and enough of it that they hope you don’t notice the glaring plot holes.so series 1 is robots, series 2 is time travel . . . what is series 3 (and 4)?
Season 3 is the gang get back together which should satisfy some of the "my childhood has been ruined" typesso series 1 is robots, series 2 is time travel . . . what is series 3 (and 4)?
I'm sorry.Still, it's better than whatever else I don't like and it isn't about Brexit
So that's why Farage has been quiet recently - he's got a role in the new series hasn't he?I'm sorry.
Imagine, now star trek's gone woke. Gene Roddenberry must be turning in his space graveI'm sorry.
in theory there isn't going to be a season four.so series 1 is robots, series 2 is time travel . . . what is series 3 (and 4)?
Regardless of whether they make any more TNG/DS9/Voyager era stuff, we already know that everything goes to shit anyway, because Discovery told us so, which rather spoils some of the messaging of hope and optimism that was so attractive about Star Trek in the first place.in theory there isn't going to be a season four.
But they've, the writers, have said that it's not 'the end of the TNG era' (whatever the fuck that means), so expect some kind of back door pilot episode for a series that probably won't fit made, ala Gary 7.
Wouldn't it be great to have something new. A brand new Space Opera ip.in theory there isn't going to be a season four.
