putting up a hook to hang my hopes upon
Yes I do and yes it has to be their choice.Don't you think it's up to the "alleged" victims to decide if they want to have their day in court, if they are given that option?

It's not like he killed speckled jimWell, if he’s charged there’s also the technical possibility of being found innocent.

Did Andrew Tate going to prison end his popularity?Yeah the whole nature of the conspiracy sphere in general and his contribution to it in particular is one of constant frantic bandwagon jumping isn't it. As I understand it he puts out his videos incredibly regularly - remove that and he'll be yesterday's news very quickly, not some precious hero.
To a large degree because some other shithead will fill the hole though.
Eh? This is absurd, the trial only happens if they come forward. The ones that don’t won’t be known.People hoping for a trial really need to think about what that might mean for "alleged" victims.

His voice irritates me - can't bear to listen to him.How any can listen to that shit hour after hour is beyond me.

Been dipping in and out of the whole thing so not that clued up but i'm sure i read that he hasn't been banned from youtube but has been stopped from earning money from his output/ ramblings. And yes he is completely unhinged, twisted, dangerous and very unhealthy for what i pressume will be a vulnerable audience/ fanbase.Quite literally, unblinking. Utterly unhinged.
In the 70s, I remember seeing some of my Ma’s friends in the neighbourhood walking round with bruises and wearing dark glasses to hide black eyes. As a kid, I’d ask what happened and there would be some story about walking into a door but my Ma’s expression would tell a different story. I’m glad that, although my dad had a serious temper he used to smash up things and, to my knowledge, never hit my Ma. Shows what little faith they put in the police at the time. That's frankly bollocks. Given how many people have been assaulted and/or raped and understandably not reported; or people that have reported and made matters worse by way of investigation and next to nothing conviction rate - do they really think that this will encourage people to onslaught sexual abuse claims in the hope that they'll be dealt with properly now, and that the police are set up to do that. Given the heroic clear up rate to date, that's laughable.
I don't think that at all. Utterly unhinged to us. But other audiences may see him differently. They may see an innocent man in dire straits under great pressure. Don't forget he's had acting training and acted professionally for years, there's no doubt in my mind that he's presenting himself like this deliberately, playing a role, and er sceptics like us aren't his intended audienceQuite literally, unblinking. Doesn't it? Makes him even more difficult to watch. I managed 45 seconds or so this time. The cuts in that video at times make it look like a piece of cassetteboy satire.

It is nowthe persecutory complex is grotesque. one program, 4 people reporting. but the whole world is against poor russell.
Yep. OrI guess he doesn't have much choice in some ways; it's either admit you did something terrible, deny it and say the women are lying, or come up with some conspiracy that it's really just to shut you and your 'challenging the mainstream narratives' voice up.
Yep. Or
"I am going offline for a while while I deal with these reports. I will work with anyone to prove my innocence. Thank you and good bye for now".
Instead:
Man with grandiose ideas and inordinate amount of self-belief writing a book whilst in prison, you say?I still think he'll probably get some self help/his side of the story book published out of all of this even if he gets convicted, probably even write it in prison.
Once again, way ahead of you:Man with grandiose ideas and inordinate amount of self-belief writing a book whilst in prison, you say?
Or perhaps 'My Struggley-Wuggle'.
